When Should You Report?
You should submit a report whenever you believe a listing, user, or message is misleading, unsafe, or intended to deceive other users.
- Fake or duplicate advertisements.
- Identity theft or impersonation.
- Scam attempts or fraudulent payment requests.
- Spam messages or promotional abuse.
- Harassment, threats, or offensive communication.
- Illegal, prohibited, or misleading content.
- Listings using stolen images or false information.
Information That Helps Our Investigation
The more details you provide, the faster our moderation team can review your report.
- Listing URL or Listing ID.
- Name of the user or business involved.
- Phone number, email, or messaging account used.
- Description of what happened.
- Date and time of the incident.
- Screenshots, chat history, or supporting evidence.
- Transaction or payment details (if applicable).
Our Review Process
Every report is reviewed by our moderation team. Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- Investigate the reported listing or account.
- Temporarily suspend suspicious accounts.
