3. Advertiser and listing responsibilities

- Advertisers are responsible for updating or removing outdated listing details.

5. Promotions and payments
- Promotion purchases may improve listing visibility but do not guarantee specific traffic, leads, ranking, or outcomes.
- Paid placements may be subject to slot availability, review, expiry rules, and package conditions.
- Unless required by law or explicitly stated otherwise, promotion purchases are generally non-refundable once activated.
6. Platform limitations
Visitors and advertisers communicate at their own discretion. NYTGIRL is not responsible for offline meetings, third-party promises, user disputes, financial arrangements between users, or external websites linked from listings.
7. Account security
You are responsible for protecting your login details, account email, and submitted content. Notify support if you suspect unauthorized account access or impersonation.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when platform features, legal requirements, safety practices, or business operations change. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
